About Heba Khashogji

As a true believer in the seeds of obedience that blossom in our lives and the ones we must nurture before our afterlife, my life found happiness in honoring my parents. This leads me to the passion I’ve been fulfilling, to be an agent of change both in the corporate and societal environment.
With my enthusiasm to work with people, I advocates to work on social services as I aim to create and promote equity, opportunity and improvement of people and community.
I offer more than a decade of broad experience and accomplishment in human resource industry, driving implementation and achievement priority in employee development, quality management systems, salary standardization programs, compensation and benefits management, personnel services management and company reorganization and realignment. A key strategic and tactical contributor in efforts that drove Khashoggi Holding Company in its recognition as International Quality Crown 2014 – Gold Awardee. I bring valuable knowledge in leadership and management challenges faced by small and developing companies.
I started working as a volunteer accountant/admin to setup Dar AlHekma College, the first private college for ladies in the Kingdom and initiated my career in King Fahad Armed Forces Hospital (KFAFH) as Payroll Accountant in the finance department. I developed an interest in human relations and developed this interest into her participation to the implementation of quality management and standardization of policy management systems in KFAFH. Demonstrating initiative in the start, I applied and implemented integration programs in Personnel Section leading to employees’ satisfaction by delivering fair and reasonable benefits to all.
Leveraging an expanding portfolio in my HR career, most recently, I was requested to manage the HR Department of PEMCO an affiliate of Khashoggi Holding Company I presently engaged with. I proved again my commitment towards Quality Management Systems by strict implementation of standard by laws of Saudi labor code. Resolving most labor disputes to satisfy each party and reviving the company’s good image in the industry. I am a ‘change’ enthusiast that promotes modern HR concepts and ensuring to secure the maximum benefits of it in the areas of recruitment, training, development and personnel services.
Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to establish a strong network contacts in and out of the country through my active participation in several seminars and workshops. The scope of my experience has spanned practically all aspects of HR as well as leadership.
I earned my degree with honors in Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah in 1997 and currently taking CCT (Cultural Communication Technology) Masters program in Georgetown University.
